Southern Region (Boy Scouts of America) : ウィキペディア英語版 | Southern Region (Boy Scouts of America)
For administrative purposes, the Boy Scouts of America is divided into four regions—Western, Central, Southern, and Northeast. Each region is then subdivided into areas. Southern Region covers all of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Tennessee, and parts of Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Southern Region )〕 Each region has a volunteer president, assisted by volunteer officers and board members, and the day-to-day work of Scouting is managed by the regional director, assistant and associate regional directors, and area directors. Regions and areas are subdivisions of the National Council and do not have a corporate status separate from the BSA. ==Councils==
